Happy Hour is an event that is time sensitive. Happy Hours generally last a couple of hours and allow players to earn extra tips as they progress through both previously beaten and new, unbeaten levels. 

During Happy Hour, all customers will tip double their normal amount. You can see the number of extra tips you've earned, by tapping on the Happy Hour banner at the bottom of the level selection screen.
