Some VIPs have Boss Attacks! Boss attacks will trigger every time a VIP is served food or loses a heart. When the Boss Attack is triggered, icons will float away from the VIP and effect whichever customer or upgrade they come into contact with first!  Boss attacks can be cancelled by tapping on the icon before it reaches it's target! 

There are a number of different boss attacks.

A Broken Heart will make whoever it hits lose a heart. 

A Bomb will shut down an upgrade station for the length of two normal cool downs. 

A Character Icon will cause the first customer it hits to turn into that character.
