On some levels, delivery men will arrive with crates for Flo. Flo must sign for the deliveries by talking to the delivery man. After the delivery man leaves, crates will appear around the Diner. Flo must pick up those crates and bring them to the grate in the floor to send them to the storage basement.
Alternately, you may purchase Luggo from the shop and he will take care of crate shipments for you once Flo signs for the delivery!
