Clubs are unlocked at when you reach level Four.

Clubs can be set as private or public.

In order to join a private club, you must be invited by one of the users in that club.

To join a public club, search for a club by name. Public clubs can only be joined by users who meet the restriction criteria. These include overall Brand Power and number of Superstars owned.
