We do not recommend trying to troubleshoot by uninstalling - please contact us first before trying anything drastic. Better to play it safe and make sure we have your current User ID than to risk losing your progress.

The best way to contact us is inside the game itself, by tapping the gear icon in the lower right of your screen, selecting Customer Care, then tapping "Contact Us."
  • If you have already connected your game through Facebook, you should be able to recover your progress after reinstalling by logging in to the same Facebook account, on the same device. You have the option to connect once you have completed the very first tutorial episode.
  • If you have played long enough to have created your own nickname for the social features and competitions, we should be able to find your backed-up data from that information when you contact us.
  • However, if you've never connected the game to your Facebook account, OR have never previously contacted Customer Care from within the app, OR you have not created a Nickname for the social aspects of the game, we might not be able to connect a new install with the existing data. So again, please contact Customer Care before you try uninstalling.
