Gordon Ramsay Dash does come with an HD (High-Definition) graphical assets option that only appears on devices that are capable of displaying HD.

If you wish to play on an HD-capable device, you'll find the button in Options (the little gear icon at the upper-right of the Venue Map screen) that says "HD Assets."

** MAKE SURE you are using a very strong and reliable WiFI internet connection when downloading these assets, as they are heavy in file size and need a reliable signal to download successfully. **

Again, this option/button should ONLY appear on HD-capable devices.
