There are two breeds of hunting dogs, the Trackers and the Chasers.

Players are greeted with a free Orange English Pointer (a Tracker) as soon as they have unlocked Dog Adventures.

To collect other Dogs, the player must acquire the exact number of tokens required to unlock the dog. These Tokens are exclusively available through Crates: there are Free Dog Crates,
Diamond Eagle Dog Crates, Dog Crates purchasable with gold, and Reward Dog Crates (rewarded for executing a flawless hunt in Rare And Legendary series.)

 
Common, Uncommon and Rare tags (background color of dog portraits) are used to classify each dog’s rarity: teach has a color differentiation to denote rarity. Green is for common, Blue for Rare and Pink for Epic.
 
The best Tracker for Dog Adventure 1 is the Epic Liver English Pointer.
The best Chaser for Dog Adventure 1 is the Epic Copper Brown Husky.

 

They are classified as best, due to their abilities which can also be used in Dog Adventure 2 when it is released.
