Happy Hour occurs when you have the right VIP Prep Recipe equipped for their "home" Venue (for example, Lina Sayer's "home" venue is Table Steaks). 

Once activated, usually near the end of an active episode, Happy Hour:

- allows a bit more episode time
- allows higher tips to be collected
- allows more customers to arrive and order

Note:  There is more information behind every Prep Recipe by tapping the (?) on any Prep Recipe card in your Prep Kitchen. This displays every Gold VIP characters "home" Venue for Happy Hour.
