Maxing out your seating capacity can help you get more customers/tips in some episodes, but in others it will definitely be a challenge!

When you have more open seats, more diners are seated at once. It takes time to get that many orders prepared and served and, while every second the customer is waiting, your tip value is steadily decreasing.

TIP: An incoming customer will *never* sit in a seat that has a tip waiting to be collected. This will reduce your seat capacity, hence getting your customers out faster and thereby increasing your tips. 

Also, remember to swipe your tips instead of just tapping singular ones. The more tips you swipe at once, the more your tip bonus will be!
