To create an in-game ticket: 

1.  Tap the gear icon at the bottom-right of the screen to access Options.  

2.  Tap the "Customer Care" button to proceed to the Help area

3.  In the upper right, click the 'Contact Us' button or icon  

4.  Fill in your name, email address and the message you wish to send.
