Accounts are locked for two reasons:
- The game was downloaded from an unauthorized source. Only Apple's iTunes stores, Google Play, and Amazon host the legitimate game for download. Players who wish to continue playing must re-download the game from one of these sources.
- Cheating was detected. Accounts where cheats or hack have been used will not be restored under any circumstance.
