You can purchase more grenades, airstrikes, and medkits in the Items -> PowerUps section of the store.  You can also get them for free with special offers to watch short videos.  Try clicking the “FREE ITEMS” button at the top of the main screen to watch more videos, and winning them from the Supply Cache mystery crate.
