Lav-O can be purchased using Dinero from the Le Gordon Bleu Restaurant Store. When you have Lav-O, any customer spills will be automatically taken care of by Lav-O! Note that if Flo walks in the path of a spill before Lav-O gets there, she will automatically clean the spill herself. Lav-O can only clean one spill at a time, so Flo might still have to lend a hand.
