Flo used to be a stock-broker who decided to run away from corporate stress and open a diner. She made it with grit and determination, fighting many of Mr. Big's nefarious plans and attempts to shut her down.  Now he's trying to take over DinerTown with fast food restaurants called Eat-Mors, and Flo is determined to keep the independent diners open!
