Please note that for many achievements, the count will reset every time you finish it. If you see the number 10 next to the achievement, it means you have 10 more to go until you reach the next level.
If you have completed an achievement and have not received the proper reward, please take a screenshot of your achievement screen and send it in with your ticket to Customer Care so we may make the appropriate changes to your account.
To submit a customer support ticket in game:
1. Tap the Gear Icon
2. Tap Settings
3. Select Customer Care
4. Press the "Contact Us" button
Be sure to provide us with as much detail as possible so we can quickly resolve your issue.
