This issue is now resolved.

We investigated reports that some players who recently leveled up from Level 158 to Level 159 didn't receive their 1,000-diamond level-up reward. We tested this and confirmed that players correctly receive the reward when they level up.

If you've recently reached Level 159, check the in-game reward drop-down to see your 1,000-diamond reward.
