Perplexed by what could 'On Hold' mean for your CC Pass? We can help to clear up that mystery! A Coveter's Covet Collection Pass will be placed 'On Hold' if there is a failed payment registered to the purchase.

If a pass is 'On Hold,' the player will no longer have access to the Covet Collection Pass. However, the pass will resume once they update the payment method linked to the App Store account.

If you need to change or update your payment method on an Android device:

  1. On your Android device, tap the  to open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settings.
  4.  If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
  5. Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Edit.
  6. Make the changes.
  7. Tap Update.
  8. Once updated, relaunch the game to see your Active Covet Collection Pass.
