Perplexed by what could 'On Hold' mean for your CC Pass? We can help to clear up that mystery! A Coveter's Covet Collection Pass will be placed 'On Hold' if there is a failed payment registered to the purchase.

If a pass is 'On Hold,' the player will no longer have access to the Covet Collection Pass. However, the pass will resume once they update the payment method linked to the App Store account.

If you need to change or update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
  5. Once updated, relaunch the game to see your Active Covet Collection Pass.
