Our newest update, 1.130, introduces the new Coloring Mode for Design Home players, but some Designers are encountering a couple of errors, including:
- Error when attempting to purchase Paintbrushes in the shop.
- Missing thumbnails for Paintbrushes in the Shop
- Error when attempting to view Paintbrushes in 2D/3D mode
This will happen for one of two reasons:
- For current users: The app has not been updated to 1.130.
- If this is you, please update your app in the App Store on your device.
- For new users: if you've downloaded the app in the last week (between March 8, 2026, until today)
- If this is you, we are currently working on a solution to your issue
