If you have linked your Facebook or Apple ID to your account, those are two additional options you may use to log in. Please note that for Facebook and Apple ID, you'll need to accept functional cookies for them to be available and work successfully.

To accept functional cookies, navigate to the bottom of the login screen, click on “Your Privacy Choices” --> Enable "Functional Cookies” to ON --> "Submit Preference", then retry the login.
