At Design Home, we’re committed to listening and responding to our fans' feedback. To assure our community that their suggestions are being heard, The Fan Care team wanted to provide an update on three of the top pieces of feedback we received in June. Check out the information below, and please continue to send us feedback via our in-game support tickets. 

1. More Ways to Progress in Season

Design Home fans have been asking for more ways to progress during the Season (we are currently in Summer Serenade, the summer season for 2025), so they can earn each and every reward available. We're rolling out a new feature for a select number of players, so keep an eye out for something new that can earn you some additional Season points, bringing you closer to the famed LEGEND tier!

2. New Furniture and Decoration Options

As promised, we delivered a new item players were asking for during the month of June: Accent Walls! So you now have a new way to add some personality to the walls beyond art and lighting!. We know our players still want new types of decorations, and we aim to deliver. In June, the top suggestions were:

• Electronic Items

• Drinkware

• Bedspreads

• Quilts

• Curtains

We don't want to spoil the release, but at least one of these items is currently in production, and we hope to roll it out within the next few months.

3. Voting Changes

We know some recent voting changes aimed at improving the speed at which our players receive their results weren't up to par with what our fans expected. So, we've gone ahead and reverted those changes to work just as they did before! While the original changes won't give players unfair advantages going forward, we heard our fans loud and clear and have returned to our typical voting speed and function. Thanks for letting us know!
