The borrow feature works with friends that follow you and you follow back.

So make sure you're mutually following to borrow from each other!

Please note, we want to make sure you're engaging with fellow designers who are actively designing so if your friend has not logged into Design Home for quite some time, they'll disappear from your borrow section.
