The two Townhouses you are seeing are the old Townhouse and Deluxe Townhome. Please note that currently, only the Deluxe Townhome is available to design in My Homes, and has a new set of milestone prizes available for you to earn.

If you completed any rooms in the old Townhouse before it was removed, you will still have access to the old Townhouse Album. The old Townhouse Album includes the rooms you designed in the Home.
