Add Pennants to MLB teams to buff your players from those
teams.   Buffs apply to batter HITTING
and Pitcher STUFF. Pennants also have a slight effect on your Team Strength.

Pennants can only be earned in Season Mode. Get Pennants
from end-of-game rewards and Milestone rewards.

Pennant buffs are based on the team the player started the
season with.  (Trades that happen during
the actual MLB season do not affect pennant buffs.)
