If you have an existing 2022 account but the game seems to be starting from the beginning (say, if you had reinstalled) logging in the same way you did before (via Facebook, Apple or Email)  should get you reconnected with your team.

If you had connected your 2022 account via email, but cannot remember your password, tap the "forgot password." button to have a reset link sent to your email.

If you did not link your 2022 game via Apple, Facebook, or email, Customer Experience may still be able to help.  Before creating a ticket with them, please be prepared to send purchase receipts from Apple or Google to verify the account.
