If you have an existing 2022 account but the game seems to be starting from the beginning (say, if you had reinstalled) logging in the same way you did before (via Facebook, Apple or Email) should get you reconnected with your team.
If you have NOT associated your account with an email address, or connected the account to your FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, we may still be able to assist you. We just need some information from you to begin:
1. Open a ticket with support. You can do this by clicking the "?" button.
2. Include the name of the account you wish to recover
3. Include a screenshot of a purchase you have made from Apple or Google Play, to verify ownership
4. Give us a valid email you have access to to attach the account. You will need this to recover the account."
