Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription with Google. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.
 
Glu cannot cancel your subscription; it must be done by the subscriber. Here's how:
 
Using a computer:  

  1. Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

    1. On your computer, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
    2. For the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage. 
    3. Click Cancel subscription.
    4. Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
    5. Click Continue.

     

 Through your Android device:

On an Android device:

  1. Open the Google Play appGoogle Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
  4. Under “Subscriptions,” check the list of subscriptions for expired subscriptions or subscriptions with declined payment methods.

When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid. Cancelling a subscription will NOT retroactively refund subscription payments. Your currently-active subscription will continue until its expiration date a month past original purchase date.
