When Daylight Saving hits, payouts for Sorcerer's Tournament will happen at the time you indicated in-game and payouts/refreshes will continue to happen at Midnight.
For example, if you choose 8pm payout before DST, then after DST, it will still be 8pm payout. It continues the same as before.
