BEWARE! Account deletion is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE and there will be no way to recover the account, progress, or any purchased assets from the game.; nor can any assets be transferred to a new account. Once the account is gone, it's gone! Glu cannot restore deleted accounts. For this reason we strongly recommend securing your device against unauthorized use.

Best option for Android account deletion is to submit a ticket from the game itself:

From the main screen, tap the gear icon at upper right to open the Settings screen:

Tap on the "Customer Care" button:

Tap the Talk Balloon iconin the upper right of the pop-up to create a help ticket:

NOTE: You will be required to verify ownership of the account before we are able to process any deletion requests. This will require screenshots of purchases made on the account, or your confidential PIN from within the game. If you are not able to verify ownership we will not be able to process the request from out-of-game submissions.
