We are currently experiencing an issue where players cannot recover their accounts via email. In the meantime, please contact Customer Care via the Help/FAQ button in your game's Settings.
 
Please provide our support staff with either your User ID or Username (these work best and can be found in your settings page, so please take a screenshot!), or your email so we can search for your account.
 
Please note that your Username is different than the leaderboard name found during events such as Game of Thorns, Shiver Me Timbers, and Vera's Vault.  Leaderboard names are not unique, thus making it difficult to locate your account.

If you've recently attempted to connect your account via email and haven't received the verification code, please do the following:
  1. Check your SPAM or JUNK folder for Emails from us.
  2. Please allow 24 hours for the Email to arrive.
Once you receive the Email with the verification code, please return to your game and input the code in the verification window.
 
If you're still having trouble receiving the verification, please make sure the email is correct by tapping on the Connect button again
