Please do not uninstall and reinstall your game without knowing what your username is or having your link code.
If you uninstall the game, you will lose your progress.
To make sure you get your account back, please do the following:
- Launch the game and tap on the Cog button in the upper right
- Tap Link Device
- Tap This is the Old Device
- A randomly generated code will be given to you
- Please write down this code somewhere safe ,or take a screenshot Please note that this code is temporary! Please redeem the code to recover your account before it expires!
- Take a screenshot of your username as well as your game. (This is a backup in case you lose your recovery code. Customer Experience will be able to help recover your account with that information.)
