Before you change your device:
- Launch the game and tap on the Cog button below “Play”
- Tap Link Device
- Tap This is the Old Device
- A randomly generated code will be given to you
- Please write down this code somewhere safe or take a screenshot
- Please note that this code will only last 48 Hours. Please redeem the code to recover your account before then.
- Take a screenshot of your username as well as your game. (This is a backup in case you lose your 48 hour recovery code. Customer Care will be able to help recover your account with that information.)
When you get your new device:
- Re-download Diner Dash Adventures and launch the game
- Tap on the Cog button below “Play”
- Tap Link Device
- Tap This is the New Device
- Enter the Code you’ve written or taken a screenshot of
