Once you make a minimum in-game purchase (IAP) of .99 cents, those ads will be removed.

You can access the IAP's by tapping on the "SALE" button in the bottom left corner, or tapping on the Coin, Gem, or Key icon at the top of the screen. After making a purchase, the ads should disappear.
