Tap Sports Baseball now has policy of one-account-per-device. You must access your account from the same device on which you created the account.

You will also only be able to access one account on each device.

The error message may also display if you are attempting to log in using anonymous proxies or anonymous VPN, which is disallowed in Tap Sports Baseball 2018.

If you are still having problems please contact us and provide the following information:

1. Name of the team you are trying to log in
2. If the team is logged in to Facebook or through email
3. Please provide a SS of a purchase receipt so we can verify account ownership.

Unlocks can only be done once.
