As long as you have not uninstalled the game and IF you have associated an email with the account, or connected your game to your Facebook account, you can reconnect with the team data on our servers., This will allow you to quickly get back to playing.
If you have not associated your account with an email address, or connecte the account to your fACEBOOK ACCOUNT, we MAY still be able to assist you. We just need some information and assistance from you to begin. If you are having trouble logging in to your account:
1. Open a ticket with support. You can do this by clicking the "?" button.
2. Include the name of the account you wish to recover
3. Include a screenshot of a purchase you have made from Apple or Google Play, to verify ownership
4. Give us a valid email you have access to to attach the account. You will need this to recover the account.
