All monetary transactions are handled not directly by EA, but are handled for us by Google Play.

Firstly, make sure the transaction actually went through.  If you have not received an email from Google verifying your purchase, you may want to double-check.:

  1. On your mobile device, open the Play Store  .
  2. At the top right, tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions", then tap "Budget & history".
  4. Tap "Purchase history" to check for the transaction.

The game continually checks the store for confirmation of the transaction, and once received, the purchase will become available in-game.  Rest assured, if you do not get your purchase immediately the game will keep checking.  

While most transactions are completed quickly, occasionally the crediting of currency by the online store may be delayed. Delays are rarely longer than a day. 

Additionally, you may want to try force-quitting the app and re-launching it.

If you still have not received your purchase after 24 hours, we would be happy to further troubleshoot the issue with you. Please contact us by creating a Help Ticket by going to the game's Settings screen (gear icon) and finding the Help or Customer Experience link. 

We'll need any order numbers of your purchases shown your receipt from Google. The order number should start with GPA, followed by four groups of numbers, for example "GPA 1234-5678-9012-34567".

Note: If you have multiple purchases we will need the order number for each item.
