Yes! You totally can.

 

Similar to garments, you'll have the ability to like props. When you see a prop you want to like:

Tap on the information icon. 

 

Tap on the Heart icon located at the bottom left of the screen you'll be able to like the Prop or tap it again to unlike it. 

You can find all of your liked props in one place. Head over to your profile page and scroll down to find Liked Items. Tap in and your liked props and garments will all appear there.
