Unfortunately, Crowdstar does not have the required access to your billing information in order to process a refund. Please follow the steps below to submit a refund request to your store.

Android users
To submit a refund request:
1. Use this link (https://support.google.com/googleplay/contact/play_request_refund_apps) to sign in to your Google account and review your in-app purchase history.
2. Select the type of purchase
3. Provide the requested information for any in-app purchases selected and click “Submit.”

IOS
Refunds can only be processed by Apple Customer Support.
Crowdstar does not have the required access to your iTunes account. Please follow the instructions below to contact Apple:

You may request a refund via your email receipt:
1. Launch Mail from your Home screen.
2. Search for "Your receipt from Apple" if it's not immediately visible.
3. Tap on the receipt for the purchase your want refunded.
4. Tap the purchase you want to report.

You can request a refund using any web browser.
1. Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
2. Log in with your Apple ID user name (typically your email address) and password.
3. Select the appropriate tab—all, music, movies, TV shows, apps, or books.
4. Find the purchase you want to be refunded.
5. Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase.
6. Select the reason you want a refund.
7. Fill in the description, as appropriate.
8. Select Submit

You should get a response from Apple in the next 24-48 hours. If the support agent is satisfied with your reasoning, there is a chance that you will be refunded. Please remember though that you are not entitled to a refund under the iTunes Store Sales policy.

Amazon
Unfortunately, Crowdstar does not have the required access to your billing information in order to process a refund.
To receive a refund from Amazon Appstore, you will need to contact their support team at Amazon.com for requests about refunds.
