If your Models are appearing without hair, make-up, or clothing, don't worry! We suggest clearing the data cache in order to help with this issue.
Please follow these steps in order to clear the cache in Covet Fashion:
To Clear Cache in Classic:
- Tap the Covet Fashion menu Icon at the upper left of your screen.
- Tap Account info Tap Clear Cached Data (this will not delete any of your saved data).
To Clear Cache in Modern (Luxe):
- Tap the 'Single Person' icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear Icon at the upper right of your Profile window.
- Tap Clear Cached Data (this will not delete any of your saved data).
Covet Fashion will close after it finishes clearing the data and will need to be re-opened by tapping the Covet Fashion Icon on your device.
