With the help of feedback from you, our players, we are so excited and grateful to introduce new skin tones and makeup styles with inclusive facial features.
There are now 5 new makeup styles and 2 new skin tones (Medium Deep & Very Deep) to style with. To find all of our amazing new skin tones and makeup styles, try switching to our Classic models.
Please make sure that you are updated to the latest version of the game and follow these steps:
- Go to your profile page and tap the gear at the top right of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap the button that says "Current Models: Modern".
- Tap Ok to switch your mode.
When styling a look using the Classic models, please tap on the Makeup tab and tap on Styles and Skin. All of the new makeup styles and skin tones will have a blue "New" tag on the upper left corner. You can also check out the revamp for existing makeup styles for deep skin tones.
You can see the full range of our update in Classic mode, but big changes have made their way to Modern too! Modern players can now unlock 2 new makeup styles designed for deeper skin tones and can expect continued growth in representation in the weeks and seasons to come.
